Having a baby changes everything. And you might have a lot of feelings about that!
Our team of professionally trained Doulas are equipped to offer you emotional, educational and physical support along the way - all without judgement or bias.
You’re having a baby.
Your due date is getting closer and closer. And at some point you realize that this baby does eventually have to come out! Maybe you have a clear vision of what you want your birth to look like. Maybe you aren’t too sure.
Either way - your Doulas are here, ready to support you.
You’ve come to the right place.
Once you reach out to connect with us you will be matched with a Doula team that best fits you and your needs. Then that team will reach out to you to schedule your first meet up.
Why a Doula team?
Because we know that birth (and life in general for that matter!) can be unpredictable. By having two Doulas on your team you’ll have access to two resources and can rest assured that the person who shows up at your birth is someone that you have built a relationship with.
Throughout the duration of your pregnancy your doula team will:
Help you navigate your thoughts, feelings and concerns surrounding your pregnancy and birth.
Provide you with evidence-based resources to help you make the best decisions for yourself and your baby.
Gain a clearer understanding of what to expect and what your available options are.
The big day.
When you go into labor, your Doulas will be ready for you.
During your labor your Doulas will be available to offer you emotional and educational support whenever you need it - whether it’s 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning.
Once you’re ready for your Doula to come join you they will be there to offer continuous physical support throughout the duration of your labor all the way until your baby is in your arms.
Once your baby is born, your Doula will continue to bring you comfort and to help facilitate your initial infant feeding goals.
After your Doula leaves your birth, they don’t disappear.
They will continue to communicate with you, check in on your and will come to your home for a postpartum follow up visit where you can process your birth and ask any and all postpartum and infant care questions.

Our Labor Doula Support package includes:
A team of Doulas who go on call from the moment your contract is signed.
Phone, text and email support throughout the duration of your pregnancy and into the early postpartum period,
A prenatal meeting to discuss your birth plans and preferences.
Labor support.
A postpartum follow up visit.
